About RComb - Download rcomb (4340 bytes)These levels are a lot harder, and are meant to be a lot harder. When I assembled most of the harder levels I had put together, I thought that I needed another level to start the set off with. So I made "Frustration", which is supposed to be relatively easy, but not quite as easy as it looks. The next level, called "Machines", is, again, an introductory level with many individual puzzles, plus a few "educational" points. "Leapoffaith" is also an educational level, introducing the concept of warping to anyone who hasn't seen it before (plus a nice little puzzle at the end). The next 5 are ones that I wrote for my (Danish) mother-in-law as part of her christmas present one year. They are all moderately easy to moderate, and incorporate a lot of icons typically seen over Christmas in Denmark. The remainder of the levels are what I think of as my "concept" levels. These are, in my opinion, the good ones. All of them have been designed with a principle in mind, and range from moderate to extremely difficult. I won't discuss any of them in detail, except to say that "Revenge" was the first level I ever designed, "Hogwash" was the second, and I consider the last, "Diamondmine" to be the hardest I have ever written (to the best of my knowledge, Jytte is the only one who has solved this one). Good luck! I hope you enjoy them all as much as I have enjoyed making them! |
